Clothing Ministry

A gently used clothing store is located in the Trinity Fellowship Center.  The Clothing Ministry Team seeks to provide good quality clothing at a reasonable price.

Hours of operation: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 9 AM until noon and every Saturday from 9 AM until noon. Additional hours for special occasions (craft shows or health show).

Day Care Ministry

As a ministry to our community, Trinity Church provides quality Christian Day Care Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  Full time and part time day care is available for infants through 12 year olds.  There is a preschool program, a before and after school program, and a summer program for school age children.

Food Ministry

A small supply of basic foods are kept on hand in order to respond to needs in the community as they are brought to our attention.

Healing Ministry Team

Persons who feel called to this ministry and have attended special training are available at the end of each worship service and at other times to pray with those persons who have needs.

Hospitality Ministry

Members of the Church share in offering hospitality to newcomers and old friends.

Music Ministry

A number of opportunities are available for those who enjoy music.  A children’s choir sings once a month during the 10:15 worship service.  An adult choir sings at the 8:00 service and another adult choir sings at the 10:15 service.  A Praise Team leads the congregation in singing at the 10:15 service.  Volunteers who can play the piano or organ share in providing instrumental music for worship.

Prayer Ministry Team

Persons are invited during worship and at other times to place prayer requests on prayer cards provided by the church.  The Prayer Ministry team then meets to pray for these concerns and to send cards of concern to those they have been praying for.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

The ministry was started in August 2011 as a new outreach to church members and those in the community who are in need of God's healing, comfort, love and peace. The shawl is a symbol of these things and is created by members of the team who are skilled in the arts of knitting and crochet, but they are guided by the hand of God as they make the item and pray with each stitch. After it is complete, the item is then blessed and dedicated by the Pastor prior to its delivery. A person from the team or the congregation is chosen to deliver it to the person in need. A card is attached to the bag that contains the item and once given to the person the card is read and the shawl is explained as a way for them to experience God's love, peace, healing and joy.  

This Shawl was knit with love and care,
Each stitch made with a special prayer;
To warm you when you feel a chill,
And hold you when you're very ill.
To give you strength
and hope and cheer,
To let you know that God is near.
As you wrap it 'round you tight,
Know that God blesses you this night.

They are encourage to wrap it around themselves to experience this and to use it in prayer and devotion.

Scouting

Sunday School

Classes for Bible Study and Christian spiritual growth are provided for children youth and adults on Sunday mornings. 

Youth Ministry

Sunday morning classes are available for Middle School and Sr. High Youth.  In addition, youth meet every other Sunday evening for fun, fellowship, and growing in the faith.  Other opportunities are also provided for the youth throughout the year to attend Christian music events, to do service projects, and to enjoy special events away from the church.
